余越保子
広島県出身、京都在住。演出、振付、映像作家。
1987 年から2014 年までニューヨークを拠点に活動。ベッシー賞最優秀振付作品賞を２回受賞（2004&2006) ジョンサイモン・グッゲンハイムフェロー（2009）ファンディションフォーコンテンポラリーアート受賞（2010）日本ではじめて制作された「ZERO ONE」はニューヨークタイムズ紙の2015 年度ベストダンスに選ばれた。
2019 年10 月に新「shuffleyamamba」が豊岡市出石の歌舞伎小屋「永楽館」にて上演された。
前田司郎
1977 年東京生まれ。作家・劇作家。
2008 年、戯曲『生きてるものはいないのか』で第52 回岸田國士戯曲賞受賞。
2009 年、小説『夏の水の半魚人』で三島由紀夫賞受賞。
2015 年、ドラマシナリオ『徒歩七分』で向田邦子賞を受賞。

表現コミュニケーションコースとは？
2014年に創設された表現コミュニケーションコースは、演劇とダンスといった舞台表現を通してコミュニケーションについて考え、他者と協働する力や価値観の多様性を認め、活かし合う感性を育んでいます。
演劇教育を、2013年に『ブルーシート』（飴屋法水／作・演出、第58回岸田戯曲賞受賞）をプロデュースした、いしいみちこが担当。舞踊教育をダンサーとしても活動する福岡小百合が担当している。
Otemon-Gakuin Highschool Expression-Communication Course
Our Expression-Communication Course, found in 2014, has been exploring ways to let students reflect on the nature of communication through theatrical expression such as drama and dance. Students learn to acknowledge diversity of different values, nurture the ability to collaborate, and cultivate the sensitivity to mutually enhance with other minds. Michiko Ishii, who produced “Bluesheet”(written/directed by Norimizu Ameya, awarded 58th Kishida Prize for Drama) is in charge of drama in education, professional dancer Sayuri Fukuoka leads dance education.
生徒たちは演劇・ダンスといった舞台表現を通してコミュニケーションについて考え、コミュニティにおいて人と人とを穏やかにつなぐ方法を学んでいます。ダンス／余越保子、演劇／前田司郎のお二人のアーティストをお迎えし、2019年6月に卒業公演として上演された2作品をご覧いただきます。上演後、レクチャートークとして表現教育の取り組みをご紹介します。
Through theatrical expression such as drama and dance, students reflect on the nature of interpersonal communication, and study how to gently connect people within a community. We present you our graduation performance played in June, 2019, lead by artists Yasuko Yokoshi (Dance) and Shiro Maeda (Theatre). After the performance, we will hold a lecture to introduce our commitments to expressive education.
